In the past period we have received tickets for the outward and return flights.
And the vouchers for the hotel and the transport between the hotel and the airport.
And also the papers for the excursions that we have booked.
And furthermore a lot of mail from TUI with little or no
new information.
Today we receive an email from TUI that does contain relevant information.
The excursion we booked for Wednesday, a wine tasting, cannot take place.
Moving it to Friday is possible, but then we will already be going to Lake Bled in Slovenia.
We inform them that the wine tasting will have to be cancelled.
We quickly receive an email stating how we can get the money for the wine tasting back.
